Returns Policy

The Cutie Bar offers a 30 day warranty on our ties. You may return your cuTIE within 30 days of delivery for any defective or alteration issues, that's not due to the day to day wearing.

Defective ties will be corrected or exchanged for another product after tie has been fully inspected, but No REFUNDS will be provided.

You should expect to receive your returned merchandise within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your item more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes us to fix your defective item and return to shipper (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. The Cutie Bar will requests a picture of defective item to be sent to determine if product is defective.

After tie has been inspected and deemed defective, The Cutie Bar will pay for the return shipping costs.
